FIFA U15 Women Regional Colts Leagues launched by GFA • Sahara Soccer
The Ghana Soccer Affiliation (GFA) on Friday, January 23, 2026, formally launched the maiden version of the FIFA U15 Women Regional Colts League on the GFA Convention Room in Accra.
The competitors, launched underneath FIFA’s Ladies’s Soccer Improvement Programme, is geared toward making a structured and aggressive pathway for younger feminine footballers whereas strengthening expertise identification and grassroots participation throughout the nation.
The launch ceremony introduced collectively key stakeholders in girls’s soccer, together with FIFA Marketing consultant Thuba Sibanda, members of the GFA Govt Council, Regional Soccer Affiliation Chairmen, directors, and technical specialists. The league will kick off within the Better Accra and Japanese Areas this weekend. Better Accra fixtures will likely be performed on Saturday, January 24, on the La McDan AstroTurf, beginning at 10:30am, whereas the Japanese Area matches will happen on Sunday, January 25, on the Koforidua Technical College Park, starting at 8:00am.
Every match will final 50 minutes, performed in two halves of 25 minutes, with 4 matches scheduled per day in every area.
Groups taking part within the Better Accra Area embody Ridge Metropolis W., Splendid Women, Accra Ladyz, Epiphany New Gen., Cabfix Women, GA West Women, Dangme South Women, and Rock Women.
The Japanese Area will characteristic Rootz Sista FC, Arthur Wasser FC, Unick FC, Stable Rock Women, Eufold Women, Kotoku Rush Women, Okyeman Women FC, and Obiri MMA Women.
