FIFA releases checklist for Ghanaian referees for 2026 • Sahara Soccer

FIFA has formally unveiled the checklist of Ghanaian referees permitted to officiate worldwide matches for the 2026 calendar 12 months, reaffirming Ghana’s sturdy illustration on the worldwide officiating stage.

The permitted roster contains 23 officers, made up of 10 Centre Referees, 10 Assistant Referees, one Futsal Referee, one Seashore Soccer Referee, and one Video Assistant Referee (VAR).

Daniel Laryea tops the checklist as a Centre Referee and a VAR. The contingent additionally welcomes new assistant referee Richard Kwaku, whereas Portia Oppong earns recognition within the Seashore Soccer class.
